| Photography pass | £15 per day | Required for taking photos of original documents in the Collections room. For personal use only. |
| Print out in Search & Discover | £1 per page | For print outs from our records available in the Search & Discover area at The Story. |
| Digitisation/copying - under A2 size | £9.00 per image | There may be an additional fee of £15 to provide an estimate for particularly large or difficult requests to account for staff time. |
| Digitisation/copying - A2 size and over | £20.00 per image | |
| Quick search | £9.00 per search | Available for church registers and vehicle registration searches only. |
| Certified copy upgrade | £3.50 (in addition to £9.00 search fee) | Certification of document copies for official purposes. |
